The interview process involved:

• An initial 15-minute HR screening interview.
• A subsequent 45-minute technical phone interview, which covered a variety of challenging fundamental questions in thermodynamics, structures, and fluids.
• An on-site interview, which included a 1-hour technical presentation followed by four to five 30-minute one-on-one sessions with team leads.

Overall, it was a pretty long and technical process.
