The manager was never a good communicator, not giving negative feedback until it was too late.
First, I took an OA (not too hard). Soon after, I had one interview, which consisted of back-to-back sessions: a 30-minute behavioral interview followed by a 45-minute coding interview with two different interviewers. Overall, the process was smooth.
