I had applied online. The recruiter reached out to me with a couple of positions which matched my profile. I got a call from a recruiter, and he gave me an online assessment to do. After a few days, I received a rejection.

There are 4 interviews: an introductory one, a technical test, an interview with the area manager, and finally the final interview to define the details. The introductory interview already contains some technical questions, but only for initial scree

It was a 10-minute initial interview. He just asked 3-4 questions quickly and expected short answers, as I think he was filtering candidates out with the initial interview. The next steps would be two more technical interviews, but I did not make it
