Process

The experience was quite amazing.

The interview process took the right amount of time (around 3 weeks post the initial screening). I interviewed at a 360 level with people I'd report to, connect with on a peer level, and people who would report to me.

All of them put a lot of emphasis on making sure that I joined a company, a role, and a product I was passionate about. They all left me plenty of time for questions and really checked if I walked the walk, rather than just if I was able to sell myself.

Typeform demonstrated a great level of professionalism, also conjoined with a fairly informal interview style that put me at ease and allowed me to feel like I was really telling more about my stories and hearing about theirs.

At the end of the process, they made an offer that was more than fair. Unfortunately, I ended up not taking it, as a few situational issues came up during the interview process that prevented me from relocating.

But I'd like to say that they did not just make an offer and wait for my decision. They also kept checking with me how they could help me get over to Spain, how they could simplify and better sponsor the process. The Chief People Officer (Albert) has been quite the star in this.
