Overall, a very straightforward process.
The first round was an intro call with the recruiter, followed by the technical round.
The tech round presented a real-use case: create an app using AI. It was a significant challenge to complete in 1.5 hours, but it effectively showcased my actual day-to-day technical skills rather than relying on memorized LeetCode answers.
The third and fourth rounds were both behavioral calls with leadership and product.
All the interviewers were friendly, open, and smart, making it a positive experience. There was also a lot of transparency throughout the process.
