- Just now the company is growing from startup to more consolidated company (which is normal and expected). So, if you love the startup environment, see this kind of changes is not for all people to be honest.
- The high rotation produces a hard way to grow
Things not planned correctly and abruptly produce distrust in people who do not know how to deal with changes.
