Pros: The company has the potential to make it big but most overcome its toxic culture before it can get there.

Cons: - Management hires and rewards their "own people", e.g. ones they worked with at previous companies, e.g. EA. Favoritism is widespread and a big reason why many talented people are leaving. - Company values are BS and not implemented nor demonstrated by management in any credible way. - The company claims to be inclusive, flat, and bottom-up, but it clearly has a shadow structure of people who are making top-down decisions. - Sexism is prevalent. - The Old Guard holds too much power and is unwilling to accept new ideas coming from others, e.g. new hires. - The strategy is all over the place and completely devoid of focus. - Code quality is alarmingly bad. - Comp is a joke and has been an issue for ages.

Pros: Free food (like every other tech company)

Cons: nepotism, bullying, sexual harassment, unqualified and insecure management Salary way below market for SF Bay area. Use the engine but don't join the company for your own health.

Pros: Everyday free healthy lunch Clean bathrooms

Cons: Nonstop stress and push from (S)VPs to move products faster. No matter how much you work, there is zero career growth opportunity and no Bonus for anybody. Low TC. (Ok base with almost zero-value options and zero bonus) %2-3 salary increase every two years. Managers are first time managers with engineering background. Smart people but they are bad managers. There are no leaders among management.
