This was one of the worst interview experiences I have ever had in my career.
I had read the company reviews (though most of them were negative) before going for the interview, but I still wanted to give it a shot.
I was invited for an interview at around 11:30 AM and arrived at 11:00 AM. I waited until 12:30 PM for the first round. I answered all the questions and then waited for another 90 minutes for the next round. That round also went well, and I cleared it. I waited for almost two hours for the third round.
Coming to the third round, which was the worst round of all. I was already exhausted. Even though I answered the questions well, the interviewer was amateurish and tested nothing; instead, he was arguing for no reason. I finally completed the interviews around 6:30 PM.
They took so much time, and the whole process was not at all planned properly. I was not at all happy with the attitude of any of the interviewers. They behaved as if they were the only employers in the world.
Dear VISA, please treat candidates with some dignity. Treat them well. Plan well and do not waste candidates' time. I hope you read this and improve.
