Process
The entire process took two weeks. A total of four rounds occurred, including one with the hiring manager. The interview responses were positive, but the hiring manager expressed skepticism regarding my current salary and role within my current organization.
These points were already discussed with HR prior to beginning the process. If my salary or designation presented a blocker, they should not have proceeded with my candidature.
