Pros: I believe that Visa Inc. is one of the best organizations to gain such experience.
Apart from corporate life, they take care of other things also, like accommodation for interns, traveling, etc.
It was a 2.5-month internship, in which the first 3 weeks were for learning the tech on which I was going to work, with some hands-on practices.
After that, the project was assigned, and I had to complete it within a deadline.
At last, there was a presentation of my project.
P.S.: They also provided a one-day trip as a farewell for interns.
Cons: I haven't found any emphasizing cons in my internship tenure. As we know, Visa is very serious about their data security, as they deal with users' confidential data. Therefore, initially, I found difficulties in setting up my workspace.

Pros: Everyone is super helpful and super chill there. One can't feel like an outsider while working there. Also, work-life balance is amazing.
Cons: There is nothing to regret after being part of it.
