Pros

Good Brand and Domain Leader :)

Cons

My observation is that the current environment exhibits a significant bias in performance evaluation and resource allocation. Recognition, high ratings, and rapid promotions appear frequently linked to personal relationships and strategic visibility (often through small, visible demos), rather than the substantive, continuous efforts reflected in my own work. Furthermore, the expectation of a 12-15 hour workday is unsustainable.

This disparity is exacerbated by the centralized control emanating from the Bangalore office, leading to unequal budget distribution. I strongly recommend establishing multiple operational hubs across India to ensure fairness and equity in career advancement and resource allocation.

Few team members get recognition, etc. The same people are repeated; I have seen this multiple times.

Advice to Management

Decentralize control by opening multiple regional offices to ensure resource equity. Replace reliance on personal relationships with objective performance criteria (like delivered user stories and measured impact) for all promotions and raises.
