Pros: Friendly environment, a resource to learn, get exposed to other teams' upstream services, and dependencies.
Cons: Long meetings, the manager does all the talking while the developer just listens and agrees to his/her ideas. Developers have to crunch to meet deadlines. There are limited resources to keep up with the work.
