Pros

It's hard to think.

Maybe I can say that work-life balance is good.

Cons
  1. Worst set of managers.
  2. Too much bureaucracy.
  3. You might not learn much here.
  4. No diversity.
  5. HRs have no role. They don’t even talk to you when you are leaving the company (not even an exit interview).
  6. No respect for ex-employees.
  7. The managers are always looking at how they can benefit, irrespective of what goes with the engineer.
Advice to Management

Please ensure that managers are evaluated and educated on being professional and respectful. Managers also need to be transparent. Only when employees are happy can the company do well. You should also make sure that when an employee is leaving, they are heard. At least that would help to make things better in the future for the rest of the employees.
