Process
A 1-on-1, 30-minute interview with the hiring manager, talking about the team's place in the company and what functions it enables.
Later that week, a 1-hour interview with technical members of the team, which was focused on profile, expertise, and responsibilities for the role. We engaged in a very short technical exercise and moved on.
Finally, an interview (1 hour) with members of other teams that usually interact with the function. It was an unstructured conversation in general terms, but we covered loads of interesting points.

It felt like a cult most of the time, with everybody saying how great the CEO was.
