Process
Very unprofessional attitude towards the recruitment process.
When I was contacted by the HR department, I notified them that my waiting period is more than 3 months. According to them, this was okay.
After two Skype and an onsite interview, which went well, I received a rejection with the explanation that my waiting period was too long.
Too long? Is that your best excuse?
Why did you start the process at all and waste my time?
I would not recommend anyone to work for such a company.
If a company doesn't respect candidates and treat them seriously, what can you expect from working there?

The downfall of Workday's culture

Pros: Benefits.
Competitive salary.
Fantastic people to work with (unfortunately lots of those people lost their jobs).
Cons: It's such a shame. When I started in Workday, it was a vibrant and exciting place to be. They really nurtured the culture and the wellbeing of employees. We felt appreciated and worked really hard. Things changed when Carl entered the picture. Layoffs began. Budgets were cut or became non-existent, which in turn resulted in no career progression or promotions. People stopped coming into the office, even though it was mandated to do 50%. Some of the most talented and dedicated QAs, developers, and PMs were let go from our team and many other teams. The employees made Workday a great place; I'm thankful for them. We are just a cog in the wheel at the end of the day.

Pros: High pay.
Very little work to do, and you can get by doing very little.
3-hour lunch breaks.
Can swipe in at 10 am and swipe out at 12, and it counts for the day.
Managers don't really care about RTO for a lot of employees.
Cons: Progression is very slow.
It might take you 5 years to go up a level.
Managers seem clueless about what employees are up to, especially in QA.
No investment in QA.
* Using Google Sheets for test cases.
Work gets stripped away from you until you've left with very little to do, and then they'll put you on a layoff list.
They rate you on the amount of bugs you raise in JIRA, so it's recommended to be on a terrible dev team.
