Process
I had multiple interviews. First, I met with HR, then with the tech lead. After that, there was a practical test where I had to design a system with a UML diagram.
This last part felt a little awkward because there was a lot of silence between questions, even though everything was correct. The proof is that I received an offer of 70,000. I refused it because I didn't want to work with their proprietary language.
They were really clear about it, and everyone was nice and honest throughout the entire process.
