The pay used to be good. They used to be loyal to their employees.
Since Apollo bought the company, it's been one layoff after another. They've been cutting departments to move them overseas, not caring about the long-term business impact of gutting their own tribal knowledge.
Short-sighted in the extreme, they are cutting the budget for the coming IPO to make the company look good on paper.
Be more transparent with your employees. I was lied to for the last 6 months.
