The interviewer arrived 30 minutes late to the interview, and I was informed of the delay exactly one minute beforehand.
I was told it would be a coding interview; however, the interviewer cut the 45-minute session to a barely 20-30 minute conversation. They seemed disinterested and ended the call abruptly.
Considering this was someone in a leading position at the company, I would never want to join this organization in the future.
They did not get back until almost 3-4 weeks post-interview, despite stating they would probably reply within a week. The questions asked were of average difficulty and could be answered with basic domain knowledge.
