Pros

Work-life balance as of now.

Cons

I'm not sure who is behind the People and Culture team. Whoever they are, they are making the organizational culture less employee-friendly day by day. Workspaces are a bit boring; it would be nice to have some energy or creativity in our offices.

  1. HR's Employee Relations and HRs will not respond on Slack or email until you try multiple times.
  2. No employee benefits – I heard once upon a time there used to be. For namesake, they will mention a few in policy; however, those are unavailable.
  3. Layoffs anytime and the growth options are very limited.
  4. Internal teams are not communicable and not ready to help each other due to workload.
  5. On the whole, a few unnecessary policies are being implemented, and good policies are being neglected.
Advice to Management

Zscaler's culture and work ethics are being affected by management decisions, and employee unrest is increasing.

Hope this message reaches you.

Thanks.
