Responsibilities For ServiceNow Developer
- Manage development and maintenance of scoped applications within ServiceNow
- Utilize JavaScript and GlideScript for ServiceNow applications
- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using REST, SOAP, and JSON APIs
- Customize ServiceNow User Interface using UI policies and client scripts
- Configure workflows using Flow Designer
- Design efficient data structures for scoped applications
- Manage Access Control Lists (ACLs)
- Develop and configure integrations with external systems
- Troubleshoot and debug applications
- Design and develop reports and dashboards
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements
- Implement data security measures
- Create and maintain documentation
Requirements For ServiceNow Developer
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
- Proficiency in creating and managing scoped applications within ServiceNow
- Experience working within Agile development framework
- Familiarity with data integration methodologies and tools
- Proficiency in JavaScript
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
- ServiceNow System Administration certifications
- ServiceNow Scripting
- ITIL v3 Foundations certification (plus)
