Description For Fullstack Engineer - Adobe Pass
Adobe is seeking a Fullstack Engineer for their Adobe Pass team in Bucharest, Romania. This role is part of an autonomous, dedicated team driving the next products in Pass' portfolio. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to influence products, tech stack, and the team itself.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing core software components for existing and new projects
- Running PoCs to improve products
- Transforming requirements into architectural and feature specs
- Writing high-performance, reliable, testable, and maintainable code
- Identifying and implementing internal/external technologies
- Collaborating with team members and providing thoughtful feedback
- Demonstrating features and proposing technical solutions
Requirements:
- Computer Science degree and/or 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Strong knowledge of Java technologies and frameworks
- Frontend skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React, Angular, Vue.js)
- Understanding of OOP, Functional Programming, software lifecycle, and source control tools
- Experience with cloud services platforms (AWS and/or Azure)
- Knowledge of build tools and methodologies (Gradle, Maven, Jenkins)
- Experience with CI/CD, monitoring, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code
- Understanding of SaaS products
- Security and performance optimization skills
- Ability to research and learn new technologies
- Passion for computer science and software development
- Good English language skills

- Computer Science degree and / or 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Proven knowledge of Java technologies and frameworks
- Frontend skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React, Angular, Vue.js)
- Proven understanding of OOP, Functional Programming, software lifecycle, source control tools
- Experience with cloud services platforms (AWS and/or Azure)
- Knowledge of using build tools and methodologies (Gradle, Maven, Jenkins)
- Knowledge in both building but also operating a service: CI/CD deployments, monitoring and alerting (Grafana, Prometheus), Kubernetes-based deployments, infrastructure as code and provisioning tools
- Strong understanding of developing and running Software as a Service type of products
- A sharp eye for security-related issues and performance bottlenecks
- Ability to research and become proficient in new technologies
- Passionate about computer science, developing software & internet applications
- Good English language knowledge, both written and spoken
