Adobe is seeking a Principal Product Manager to join their Real-time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP) team in Bucharest, Romania. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape and influence the roadmap for Adobe RT-CDP, developing solutions that process vast volumes of customer data for enterprise clients globally.

As a Principal Product Manager, you'll collaborate closely with software engineers, product marketing, and user experience teams to drive product strategy and execution. Your responsibilities will include engaging with EMEA enterprise clients to understand their unique challenges, identifying key use cases for CDPs, developing product strategies, and partnering with engineering teams to optimize the RT-CDP platform.

You'll play a crucial role in equipping sales, consulting, and support teams with in-depth knowledge of RT-CDP, leading communication efforts across global teams, and using data and customer insights to influence key product decisions. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a formal Product Manager, with a proven track record of breaking down processes, identifying customer pain points, and driving product improvements.

Key qualifications include strong communication skills, experience with software development tools, and the ability to present complex ideas clearly. You should be comfortable working with both local and remote teams, have a data-driven approach to problem-solving, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Engage closely with EMEA enterprise clients to understand their unique challenges around data unification, activation, and real-time personalization
  • Identify key use cases and needs for customers CDPs
  • Develop and drive product strategies that address complex customer needs across varied industries
  • Partner with engineering teams to prioritize features and optimize the RT-CDP platform

Requirements For Principal Product Manager - Adobe Experience Platform

Java
  • 5+ years experience as a formal Product Manager
  • Proven track record of breaking down processes and identifying customer pain points
  • Experience communicating and collaborating with cross-functional audiences
  • Comfortable with tools of software development: Goldmine, Forrester, Qualtrics, Jira, Atlassian, Github
  • Experience in identifying new product opportunities and driving them to completion
  • Strong customer empathy and proven engagement with customers and partners
  • Ability to present complex ideas clearly and to rally people around a vision
  • Outstanding communication skills with both local and remote teams
