Responsibilities For Lead Mechanical Product Development Engineer
- Lead the design and development of new products from concept to production
- Spearhead research and development activities
- Use CFD design software to simulate and optimize thermal and fluid dynamics performance
- Apply engineering principles to solve design challenges
- Develop and test prototypes, analyze data, and iterate designs
- Maintain detailed records of design processes, R&D findings, and testing outcomes
Requirements For Lead Mechanical Product Development Engineer
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering, thermal engineering, or related field
- 2+ years of experience as a Leader in product development/design and R&D
- Proficiency in CFD software (e.g., ANSYS, COMSOL)
- Strong understanding of mechanical and thermal engineering principles
- Hands-on experience with prototyping, testing, and iterative design
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
