The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and French, with a strong technical background and customer service skills. Responsibilities For Technical Support Engineer (with French and English)

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues related to our product/service
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team as necessary
  • Document and track customer interactions and problems in the customer relationship management system (CRM)
  • Help customers understand the features and benefits of products/services

Requirements For Technical Support Engineer (with French and English)

  • Degree in tech/engineering
  • Knowledge of the basics of physics/electrical engineering
  • Advanced English and French Languages
  • Experience in communication with customers
  • Experience with CRM systems and telephony (advantage)
