Controls Engineer, DCC Communities

At Amazon, we're working to be the most customer-centric company on earth. The Data Center Global Services team is looking for a Controls Engineer for Construction (BMS/EPMS), responsible for the building automation systems within Amazon data centers to join our EMEA team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ascertain customer needs to develop project scope and specifications
• Manage project engineering and scopes of work
• Read and interpret specifications
• Develop control panel BOMs and ISA data sheets
• Create drawings for control panels, power distribution, and junction boxes
• Develop logic diagrams for complex logic devices
• Prepare cable routing plans and schedules
• Perform inspections, testing, and commissioning of facility systems
• Provide technical assistance and coordinate project work
• Travel domestically and internationally to support other regions

The role involves deploying and maintaining BMS (Building Management System) & EPMS (Electrical Power Monitoring System) across leased/colocation data centers, coordinating with AWS DCEO (Data Center Engineering Operations) teams for new builds and upgrades.
