Key job responsibilities: • 7x24 roster duty in data center operations • Incident first responder and onsite hands-on support • Break-fix and troubleshooting according to process guideline • Maintain proper media operations according to process guideline • Capacity landing and decommissioning according to process guideline • Site management and maintain tidiness in operation areas • Innovate and contribute from day-to-day operation experiences to improve operation efficiency
