  • Provide world-class support on all AWS offerings
  • Resolve customer technical issues ranging from EC2 Linux to complex Big Data configurations
  • Develop tools and interact with peers developing the offerings
  • Coach/mentor new hires
  • Develop & present training
  • Partner with development teams on complex issues
  • Write tools/scripts to help the team
  • Work with leadership on process improvement and strategic initiatives
  • Act as the voice of the customer to development teams
  • Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques
  • Drive customer communication during critical events

Requirements For Cloud Support Engineer-I, GovCloud Support Team (US)

Linux
  • 1+ years of software development, or 1+ years of technical support experience
  • Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
  • Flexibility to work 5 days a week on a rotational basis (Sunday-Thursday, Tuesday-Saturday, or Monday-Friday)
