Data Center Engineering Operations Technician, DCC Communities

Join Amazon Web Services (AWS), Earth's most customer-centric company, as a Data Center Engineering Operations Technician. You'll be part of the team maintaining and operating some of the world's most sophisticated and secure data centers. The role involves hands-on work with critical infrastructure systems, including electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment.

As an EOT, you'll work alongside global experts, implementing cutting-edge technology and best practices. Your responsibilities include daily monitoring of facility systems, troubleshooting equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring 24/7 reliability of data center operations. You'll handle both electrical systems (generators, UPS units, PDUs) and mechanical equipment (chillers, cooling towers, air handlers).

AWS Infrastructure Services is responsible for the backbone of AWS global infrastructure, literally keeping the cloud running. You'll join a diverse team of engineers and specialists working on challenging problems that impact global cloud computing.
