As an Engineering Operations Technician (EOT), you'll be part of the Data Center Engineering Operations team maintaining and operating critical infrastructure systems in some of the world's most sophisticated data centers.

You'll work alongside diverse teams of software, hardware, and network engineers, collaborating to deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for customers. The role involves hands-on work with facility and rack-level systems, requiring both technical expertise and physical capabilities.

Key responsibilities include driving innovation in facility operations, managing contractors and vendors, performing maintenance on critical infrastructure, and ensuring 99.999% uptime. You'll work in a dynamic environment that may require 12-hour shifts and on-call rotations, maintaining balance between technical problem-solving and physical tasks.
