The role involves hands-on work with facility and rack-level systems, requiring both technical expertise and physical capabilities.

Key responsibilities include driving innovation in facility operations, managing contractors and vendors, performing maintenance on critical infrastructure, and ensuring 99.999% uptime for AWS data centers. You'll troubleshoot complex systems, perform rack installations and decommissioning, and provide valuable performance metrics to senior engineers.
