Engineering Operations Technician, DCC Communities

Join Amazon Web Services (AWS), Earth's most customer-centric company, as an Engineering Operations Technician supporting the world's largest cloud computing infrastructure. You'll be part of the Data Center Engineering Operations team, maintaining and operating critical infrastructure systems in some of the most sophisticated and secure data centers globally.

The role involves hands-on electrical and mechanical equipment maintenance, working with cutting-edge technology and the brightest minds in the industry. You'll be responsible for monitoring and maintaining crucial systems including standby diesel generators, 3-phase electrical systems, HVAC equipment, and fire/life safety systems.

As an EOT, you'll perform daily building rounds, monitor building management systems, troubleshoot facility issues, and execute rack installations within strict SLAs. The position requires technical expertise, physical capabilities, and a commitment to maintaining 24/7 reliability of AWS infrastructure.
