Responsibilities For IT Support Engineer, EU Service Desk

  • Interact with management and staff to provide analytical and technical assistance
  • Manage local technical projects
  • Maintain or create policies, procedures, and processes
  • Identify root-causes of operational issues and process inefficiencies
  • Support Operations org for IT needs including windows issues, printers, scanners, laptops
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Amazon Lockers globally

Requirements For IT Support Engineer, EU Service Desk

Linux
  • Good level of English, plus German
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Experience in Microsoft Administration, Linux Administration, or Cisco IOS (CLI)
  • Experience of troubleshooting in multi-user high availability environment
  • Experience in PC repair, troubleshooting & deployment
  • IT experience with client, server, and network service delivery
  • Ability to explain complex IT concepts in simple terms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work successfully with limited supervision
