  • Provide comprehensive technical support to Amazon Corporate employees
  • Look for innovative process improvements and participate on teams to implement change
  • Troubleshoot/support escalations for customers via tickets
  • Create and maintain documentation
  • Ticket queue management and ticket auditing across North America
  • Handle escalations from Level 1 support
  • Follow, update and create standard operating procedures (SOP)
  • Assist with activities to triage and escalate system or network outages

Requirements For IT Support Engineer I, In Person Support

Linux
  • High school or equivalent diploma
  • 3+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience
  • 2+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment experience
  • 1+ years of Windows Server technologies: AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM experience
