As a Post Silicon Product Engineer, you'll be responsible for driving continuous improvement in product definition through data analysis and automation. The role combines traditional silicon product engineering with system architecture, offering unique learning opportunities. You'll work with test data analysis, automation, and product quality improvement while managing SoC materials and supplier relationships.

The position requires expertise in product test data analysis and automation, with a focus on conducting in-depth investigations of quality, reliability, and production fleet observations. You'll be working with various system issues and data sets, providing opportunities to learn about system architecture while dealing with large-scale deployments.

Responsibilities For Post Silicon Product Engineer

  • Perform detailed data analysis of ATE Test, SLT test and System test data
  • Implement end-to-end automation of data analysis and correlation
  • Drive functional and structural test coverage improvement
  • Build and maintain dashboards for cross-functional teams
  • Manage procurement, inventory, and logistics for SoC materials
  • Collaborate with OSAT suppliers for capacity management and issue resolution

Requirements For Post Silicon Product Engineer

Python
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
  • 10+ years of industry experience
  • Experience with Python for data analysis and automation
  • Knowledge of semiconductor test insertions/flows and CMOS fabrication process
  • Experience with statistical tools like correlation, predictive modeling, sample testing
  • SQL knowledge for data extraction from databases
