Post Silicon Product Engineer

The position requires expertise in product test data analysis and automation, with a focus on conducting in-depth investigations of quality, reliability, and production fleet observations. At Amazon Lab126, known for producing successful products like Kindle, Fire tablets, Fire TV, and Echo, you'll collaborate with thought-leaders across multiple technology areas. Key responsibilities include detailed data analysis of various test types, end-to-end automation implementation, test coverage improvement, dashboard development, and SoC materials management. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with Python and SQL, and a deep understanding of semiconductor processes. Additional experience with yield analysis tools, failure analysis, and AWS tools would be beneficial.
