Quality Assurance Engineer I, CCMP/Growth/REMIX

Amazon Music is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer I to join their CCMP/Growth/REMIX team. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality of Amazon Music's immersive audio entertainment service, which connects fans, artists, and creators. The position involves working with cutting-edge technology to test and maintain quality across multiple regions and features.

As a QA Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing and executing test strategies, automating test processes, and ensuring the highest quality standards for Amazon Music's products. You'll work closely with a team of quality engineering professionals, collaborating with various stakeholders including users, technical teams, and management.

Amazon Music offers different tiers of service, including Prime member access to shuffle-mode music and ad-free podcasts, Amazon Music Unlimited with 100 million songs (including HD, Ultra HD, and spatial audio), and a free tier available through the Amazon Music app or Alexa-enabled devices.

The ideal candidate will have experience in both manual and automated testing, particularly with UI and API automation tools like Selenium and SOAPUI. You'll need strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and provide detailed status reports to stakeholders.
