Responsibilities For Reliability Engineer
- Create reliability test plans including resource allocations, validation schedule assumptions, and validation items scope
- Manage the local CM team on reliability resource planning, test execution, failure analysis
- Implement specific validation items in reliability test plans with schedule
- Lead and drive on DFMEA, debugging, failure analysis, DOEs and fixing issues
- Evaluate and develop reliability test methodologies
- Evaluate reliability risks, perform risk assessment
- Travel extensively in Vietnam and Asia to support reliability activities
- Work closely with internal cross-functional teams and outside partners
- Drive configuration management deliverables
- Assist CM management team in enhancing local infrastructure and capability
Requirements For Reliability Engineer
- Bachelor's degree or above in electrical engineering, material engineering, mechanical engineering or related fields
- 5+ years experience as an engineering lead or engineering project manager
- Good understanding of principles and basic structures of measuring instruments
- Strong technical problem solving skills and experience with failure analysis techniques
- Strong team work spirit, team leader preferred
- Excellent bi-lingual (Chinese & English) written and verbal communication skills
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Good ability in multi-task
