Senior Data Scientist, AWS Support

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join their Support Product and Global Business Development organization. This role combines data science expertise with business impact, focusing on shaping product performance measurements and scaling analytics methods. The position involves working with product managers and engineering teams to drive data-driven decisions for AWS Support and Amazon Managed Services.

The role requires strong analytical skills, expertise in statistical modeling, and the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations. You'll be responsible for designing A/B tests, developing metrics, and creating dashboards while working on various aspects including product design, customer experience, and business forecasting.
