Description For Sr CI Engineer, MSP CX Support

As a Sr. Continuous Improvement Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing the performance of robotics, automation, and packaging machines across Amazon's worldwide network. Responsibilities For Sr CI Engineer, MSP CX Support

  • Drive technical hardware, software and process improvements of Robotics, Automation and Packaging machines
  • Work with operations, maintenance, engineering and project management teams
  • Gather continuous improvement ideas through data analytics
  • Develop prototypes and run lab tests
  • Build business cases and develop engineering solutions
  • Field testing and planning improvements rollout
  • Act as technical Subject Matter Expert
  • Develop and own roadmaps for MSP solutions

Requirements For Sr CI Engineer, MSP CX Support

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field
  • 8+ years of experience in a leading Engineering role
  • Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to drive improvement initiatives
  • Proficiency in leading technical collaborations
