Software Development Engineer - Test, Alexa Endpoint Experience

The AlkAMIE team supports a wide range of charters within Alexa Multi-Modal Devices. Our mission is to delight our customers by creating engaging experiences on the Ambient Home screen. We are looking for a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET II) to join our team and build highly visible, robust automation tools and frameworks to tackle complex, hard-to-solve problems. As a SDET champion on the engineering team, you will have an exceptional opportunity to shape the customer experience. You will work backwards from customer needs to identify the right tools and frameworks. This will involve leading test automation efforts for critical, complex projects spanning multiple teams and Amazon businesses. You will own the vision for test infrastructures and invent new mechanisms for safe and quick deployments. You will influence the implementation of the most effective solutions by identifying new ways to enhance test tools, test environments, and reporting mechanisms. You will apply your expertise to improve performance, impact architecture design, and bring cutting-edge products and services to life.
