AIML - Senior Machine Learning Engineer, Siri and Information Intelligence

Apple's AIML Information Intelligence team is at the forefront of AI, ML, and NLP innovation, developing technologies that power search features across Apple products including Siri, Spotlight, Safari, Messages, and Lookup. The team is creating groundbreaking generative AI technologies based on Large Language Models for both devices and cloud services.

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you'll work on large-scale machine learning and deep learning to enhance Query Understanding and Ranking of search, while developing fundamental AI building blocks. You'll create sophisticated ML models using word embeddings and deep learning, process petabytes of data, and combine information from multiple sources to optimize user intent satisfaction.

The role involves collaboration with researchers and data scientists to develop and fine-tune domain-specific Large Language Models, conducting applied research in generative AI, and transforming cutting-edge research into production-ready technologies.
