Job Description

Auctor, a YC X25-backed AI startup based in New York, is revolutionizing professional services and software implementation. Having recently raised a $4M seed round led by Sequoia Capital and experiencing rapid growth, Auctor is building the AI layer to automate documentation, discovery, and decision-making. As a Founding Engineer, you'll spearhead engineering projects across Auctor's software offerings, collaborating closely with operations, GTM, and deployed services teams to build state-of-the-art systems that deliver value to customers.

This pivotal role involves designing and implementing enterprise-level application interfaces, developing complex performant agentic workflows, and architecting full-stack infrastructure for high-performance applications. You will also be responsible for retrieving large corpora of unstructured enterprise data and evaluating LLMs across various application layer use-cases.

Auctor offers competitive compensation, equity, health/dental insurance, and a 401k match.
