Job Description
Avina is seeking a Founding Software Engineer to help shape the future of sales intelligence with AI. As an early member of the team, you'll have the opportunity to own features that directly delight customers and influence the company's vision and strategy. Avina is a rapidly growing startup experiencing 25% MoM growth, led by experienced 2nd-time founders. The team is building AI-driven solutions to disrupt the B2B revenue generation market.
In this role, you will be responsible for the full-stack development of product features, from architecture to implementation, with a 70/30 split between backend and frontend development. You will work directly with customers to gather feedback and contribute to a productive, creative, and fun work environment. The tech stack includes Python, SQL, and React/JavaScript. This is a great opportunity for a hungry, innovative, and product-minded engineer to build a business, work on impactful projects, and set a world-class bar for engineering excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and own the full-stack development of product features
- Architect systems and ship a significant amount of code
- Work directly with customers to understand needs and gather feedback
- Influence the vision, roadmap, and strategy of the company on a daily basis
- Engage in high-bandwidth communication and collaborative discussions about product and technical direction
- Contribute to a productive, creative, and fun work environment
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a full stack engineer
- Mix of big tech and/or start up experience
- Expertise in Python and SQL
