This role offers an exciting opportunity to join as a Regional Manager of Professional Services procurement for APJC, leading the data center sourcing and procurement team. Responsibilities For Regional Manager Professional Services Procurement, Data Center Sourcing and Procurement (DCSP)
- Build, lead and develop a diverse regional team for professional services procurement
- Set strategic direction including annual goals and objectives
- Drive team to establish and implement robust procurement strategies
- Lead negotiations with partners to establish strategic frameworks
- Develop, monitor, and report on internal metrics and KPIs
- Manage external vendor performance
- Monitor supplier compliance with controls and systems
Requirements For Regional Manager Professional Services Procurement, Data Center Sourcing and Procurement (DCSP)
- BA/BS degree from an accredited university or equivalent professional experience
- 10+ years of relevant work experience in strategic procurement roles in a diverse and international environment
- 4+ years of experience managing professional services categories and managing a regional or global procurement team
- Demonstrated understanding of contracts and experience negotiating complex agreements with suppliers
