Responsibilities For Senior AI/ML Engineer
- Build platforms for driving intelligent decisions and powering conversational interfaces
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to expand AI applications
- Research and prove out new approaches and algorithms through prototypes
- Ensure high quality system delivery and improve workflows and methods
- Create technical designs with higher-order logic and clean data structures
- Interface with data repositories, ML models, LLMs, and other cloud services
Requirements For Senior AI/ML Engineer
- 5+ years of professional experience building data-centric software
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- Experience building production systems with machine learning algorithms
- Expertise with LLMs, prompt engineering, agent building, and vector databases
- Experience with cloud environments, especially AWS
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Knowledge of data structures, math, and algorithms
- Experience with git, notebook systems, and ML workflows
