System Engineer I

Barbaricum, a leading government contractor established in 2008, specializes in Defense and National Security solutions. With headquarters in Washington DC's Dupont Circle and presence in Tampa, FL, Bedford, IN, and Dayton, OH, we're seeking a System Engineer I to join our team.

The role involves managing critical systems engineering activities for PEO Soldier programs, applying DoD and Department of Army acquisition processes. You'll be responsible for translating military requirements into practical system solutions, performing top-level design and development, and maintaining technical documentation.

As a System Engineer, you'll work with cross-functional teams, participate in program reviews, and serve as a technical expert. The position requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of Systems Engineering Management Process, and the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders.
