Responsibilities For Operations Command Center Engineer 1 (OCCE1)

  • Monitor IT systems, applications, and infrastructure health using tools like Nagios, SolarWinds, and Prometheus
  • Respond to alerts and perform initial troubleshooting on network performance
  • Perform system administration across Windows, Linux, and MacOS platforms
  • Manage user and group permissions via Active Directory and LDAP
  • Maintain endpoint security and antivirus solutions
  • Support Identity and Access Management processes
  • Assist in database monitoring and cloud infrastructure support
  • Provide technical support to end-users
  • Contribute to Standard Operating Procedures and documentation

Requirements For Operations Command Center Engineer 1 (OCCE1)
