Requirements For Software Engineer - Bioinformatics/AI
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 8+ years experience in the full lifecycle of software products
- Experience with backend systems including realtime search, database, datawarehouse, and cloud storage
- Experience with data science and bioinformatics compute engines
- Experience with high dimensional data interpretation and visualization tools
- AI/ML experience including machine learning tools, model building, and working with vector databases
- Domain experience in life sciences, including NGS data formats and pipelines
