Staff Site Reliability Engineer

As a Staff SRE, you will:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks
• Advocate for reducing complexity and empowering others across the tech stack
• Manage the on-call rotation for the engineering squad
• Build processes and technology to align with service level objectives
• Dive into logs and telemetry to identify potential issues before they become bottlenecks

We're looking for someone with:

• 5+ years of engineering experience, partly in a startup environment
• Experience with compliance, security regulations, and Infrastructure as Code
• Willingness to participate in 24/7/365 on-call rotation
• Experience with Kubernetes and high-level programming languages
• Strong communication skills and a track record of maintaining high quality and availability
