Responsibilities For Operations Command Center Engineer (OCCE2)

  • Manage escalated tickets from OCCE1 for advanced troubleshooting
  • Proactively monitor system health, performance, and uptime
  • Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents
  • Configure and maintain network devices and cloud infrastructure
  • Develop and refine operational runbooks and playbooks
  • Participate in on-call rotations
  • Prepare and deliver post-incident reports
  • Ensure SLAs are met consistently
  • Lead system administration efforts
  • Participate in project management and capacity planning

Requirements For Operations Command Center Engineer (OCCE2)

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT operations, HelpDesk, or similar roles

  • Experience with Windows, Linux, and/or Mac OS administration
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)

  • Understanding of network protocols and security
