Brixio is seeking a Developer and Analyst to join their team in an on-site capacity in Manila. This role combines development and analytical expertise to design, build, and implement software solutions while analyzing and improving business processes. The position requires a professional who can bridge technical development and business analysis, working on both front-end and back-end components. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and strong skills in various programming languages including Java, Python, and JavaScript. They will be responsible for designing and implementing software solutions, gathering business requirements, developing APIs, and managing databases. The role offers an opportunity to work on complex problems and improve business operations through technical solutions. Working schedule is Monday-Friday with flexible morning or mid-shift options in an 8-hour shift format. The position demands strong technical skills combined with business acumen, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both coding and analytical work.
Responsibilities For Developer and Analyst
- Design, develop, test, and deploy applications and systems
- Develop both front-end and back-end components
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code
- Develop APIs and services to integrate different applications and systems
- Work with databases to design data models and write SQL queries
- Gather and document business requirements
- Design technical solutions based on business needs
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing
- Create dashboards and reporting tools
- Provide detailed documentation
Requirements For Developer and Analyst
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in both software development and business analysis
- Strong background in both front-end and back-end development
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript
- Strong understanding of database systems, SQL, and data modeling
- Experience in application integration using APIs and services
- Familiarity with frameworks like Angular, React, .NET, Spring, or Django
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of version control systems (Git)
